This week in real time:

We returned to our favorite off-grid spot near Ridgecrest, CA. This spot is easy to access, offers a ton of wide open land for the dogs to run and play, and is only a 20 minute drive into town for water/propane/groceries.

Although the weather is decent, its not quite as warm as when we first got to Ridgecrest in December. We have been spending a lot of days inside snuggling the pups, but love trekking to the top of a nearby hill for sunset views every evening! As you may be able to tell from photos, Luna has her photogenic poses down while Xirco struggles to stand still if he's not sleeping/snuggling! LOL

We do get outside during the day when we hear jets from China Lake (Naval Air Weapons Station) coming by, sometimes they fly right over us! Check out this video Dylan caught of one this week! Jet Flyover Seriously, so cool!

Xirco's favorite toy is also large enough to be a surfboard!

We plan to head to town to dump our tanks and then spend another week enjoying the off-grid desert life. Next stop, San Diego (finally!) Please send recommendations - I am especially excited for the food!
