This week in real time:
We had a good laugh after our trip to Zion when we stopped at a shop advertising "world famous bumbleberry pie". The employees told us bumbleberries were Burple and Binkle berries that grow on a Giggle Bush...
We got to enjoy lots of time being neighbors with our friends! We finally went to In-N-Out to celebrate Maddy's birthday, surprisingly we had not been yet! We also enjoyed the resort hot tub, and had fun hanging around the bonfire.
Every day we were soaking in the gorgeous views around the campground, especially at sunrise and sunset. And we had to take the dogs to see Yogi Bear because we were staying at a Jellystone campground!
Our biggest goal of the week was to scope out our next campsite in a Bureau of Land Management area where there are no reservations or hookups. We had fun driving around this gorgeous area and got out for a little hike with the pups too. We found some spots that we liked and crossed our fingers they would be open when we needed to leave our current campsite.
I got to go to Sand Hollow State Park with Maddy and some other people from the RV park. It was a gorgeous reservoir on red sand, with amazing mountain views. The kids all had a blast playing for hours, and I loved throwing the ball for our friend's dog! The red sand was so bright and soft! Big shoutout to Dylan who stayed home and deep cleaned the RV while I was gone!
Friday we had to check out of the Jellystone park, and we got an early start to try to snag one of the free BLM campsites we had found. We got really lucky and found a spot wide open with the most amazing view!
We have loved hiking this area with the dogs, and finally timed our hike to see sunset today!
We don't have the next few months totally figured out, but hope to explore more cool nature around Utah, Arizona, and maybe Nevada or Colorado! Let us know if you have any recommendations, especially for hikes or unique nature we should check out!

Tax season is a slightly less painful with these views!
