This week in real time:

Sorry for missing a newsletter last week, I was busy soaking up some rays at Dewey Beach! I took a quick East Coast tour to visit some family and celebrate my ALMOST sister-in-law for her bachelorette party!

Slightly different mountain views on a quick trip to the hardware store in the nearby town of Challis, ID.

Before heading East, Dylan and I went to the nearby Sunbeam Hot Springs to enjoy a nice soak. The other bonus was the adorable Sunbeam Cafe across the street which we had heard rave reviews about - it did not disappoint!

Unfortunately on the way to the Boise airport for my flight we hit traffic that delayed us so long that I arrived less than an hour before my flight. Luckily, the Boise airport is not very large and I made it to my gate with plenty of time! Thanks to Sean for the early morning airport pickup and the start of an awesome visit home! I of course enjoyed seeing all of my East Coast pups as well!

I was blessed with gorgeous beach weather to celebrate Michelle's bachelorette, as well as a bonus beach day with my Aunt Jen and Uncle George! This trip worked out well so that I could squeeze in some belated birthday celebrating for my Aunt Jen and Aunt Anita. I forgot to take a photo with the birthday girls, but I did snag one of the beautiful flowers in Aunt Anita's backyard!

Big shoutout to Hailey, Elizabeth, and Emily for squeezing in a quick reunion dinner during my visit home!

Dylan and the pups held down the fort in Idaho and-most importantly-watered the garden! It was a crazy travel day to get back here, starting with a 5:30 am EST wake up and ending with a 12:30am MST bedtime. Needless to say we have been trying to catch up on some sleep! I am loving being back with my pack in the mountains, but excited to go see everyone at home again soon!

What we're eating this week:

A fresh from the garden arugula salad! This was my first real harvest from our garden, and I was pumped!!
