This week in real time:
We joined our friends for a dinner at a beautiful ranch in Stanley with amazing views of the Sawtooths. After the dinner, Dylan went on another mountain hunt with Cole and his brother-in-law, Brycen. Dylan had to leave early to prepare for our trip East, but Cole and Brycen did end up getting a buck!
Check out this video Dylan made of his first hunt with Cole in the mountains overlooking the Ranch!
We had a different kind of travel day last week as we prepared to fly together without the pups. We made the long drive to Boise, dropped the pups at the kennel, and went to the airport together for the first time in years! Shoutout to Bill for uber-ing us around town once we landed. We were only home for a long weekend, but were lucky to squeeze in a lot of quality time with family!
Sean and Michelle's wedding, 9/13/25, was a beautiful celebration in an awesome location! We spent a lot of time on the dance floor, with breaks to enjoy the water views on the veranda. The wedding was held on Kent Narrows which was conveniently located walking distance from a bar where we were able to keep the party going after the wedding!
The morning after the wedding we loved catching up with everyone again during the hotel breakfast. Thank you to Aunt Jen, Uncle George, and Grace for coordinating a September birthday celebration! After the wedding festivities wrapped up we were able to squeeze in a visit to my cousin's house to spend time with my pseudo-gniece, Millie! She is 9 months old now, and still cute as can be!
What we're eating this week:
Since we have been traveling a lot, we have been enjoying easy meals like a copycat chick-fil-a sandwich with homemade chick-fil-a sauce!
Thank you all for joining our newsletter email list! We love working on the blog and sending these updates - it's even more fun as the email list grows! Feel free to reach out, we love hearing from you!
